我弟弟的兒子現在美國讀私立高中，如果我現在給我弟弟一家申請親屬移民，我有這樣幾個問題

1 會影響他現在的學生簽證嗎?
-Yes. He is not considered to have immigration intent at this point (the I-130 filing is for his father, not him).

2 在等待移民的10多年裏，他能繼續在美國留學嗎，包括上大學?
-Yes.
3 如果可以，他在上大學時，還是國際學生嗎?
-Yes, F-1 student.
