請教８老師，皮老師，為父母申請綠卡時申請AP的I－１３１表， 1) 因為PAGE２最下端為＂If you are applying for a non-DACA related Advance Parole Document, skip to Part 7; DACA recipients must complete Part 4 before skipping to Part 7＂（屬PART３）,那麽PAGE３最上端（同屬PART３）PART３ITEM５是否還要打叉。 2) 同樣原因PART４還須填寫嗎？ 3) 因為在I－１３１Instruction 第４頁上有"You seek to travel abroad for 'urgent humanitarian reasons' or in furtherance of a 'significant public benefit', which may include a personal or family emergency or bona fide business reasons."; 第5頁上有"Travel for vacation is not a valid purpose"; 第8頁上有"(a) A letter from your physician explaining the nature of your medical condition, the specific medical treatment to be sought outside of the US, and a brief explanation why travel outside the U.S. is medically necessary; or (b) Documentation of a family member's serious illness or death." 附加材料還真要準備中／美醫生的證明信件或親屬生病的醫院證明嗎? 申請AP隻是以防萬一父母身體有病或國內有急事處理。 pjiang老師有"I-131 之樣板信"貼子http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/immigration/316491.html, 如果隻是照此樣板出示這樣一封自寫書信標明理由為處理房產可以通過嗎。 太謝謝了。
