我從2009年10月開始用h1b身份工作。 我現在可以提交I-485身份調整。 我在2010年4月換過一次工作。我在2010年4月初結束了前一份工作，在2010年4月底開始現在的工作。 當中有兩個星期（14天）的gap。 我的前雇主在2010年5月初通知我他們revoke 了我的h1b.

我的問題是，這種情況下，這個gap會影響我的i-485嗎？
-Because your new employer filed the H-1 transfer petition before you quitted the old job, you was not considered to have a gap in your status even if you worked for the new employer during the transfer pending (you can work for the new employer any time after the transfer filing-not need day to day connection). So, it will not affect anything.

我在填表的時候，可以不提這個gap嗎（因為原雇主5月才revoke的)
