美國greencard, 中國內有事, 不能在6個月內回美國 (will try to get back in one year), 再回美入境石會有Problem 嘛?

-The green card will be void. Then, if there is something beyond your control (e.g. serious illness, etc.) to prevent you to return on time, you can apply for SB-1 visa to reinstate your green card. Otherwise, you need to abandon your green card and apply for a non-immigration visa to come back.
