I started my application in April 9,1999, five months later, lobor certificate was down. Then I had to wait three months for the cut-off date for 140, then I finally got 485 approved and stamped on March 12,2002, barely three years.

I know now the labor certificate become tricky anf harder to get, as soon as it is don, then the rest steps are relatively easier.

Four years are enough.
