我是H1，我太太是H4。485去年一起交的。EAD也拿到了，今年8月初過期，她已經開始用EAD工作半年多了。我的綠卡已於2個月前收到，但是我太太的485狀態一直是"acceptance"。我於2個多月前已經為我太太遞交了EAD extension，但到現在為止她的EAD
extension狀態依舊是 “initial review". 我想求教的是，如果我太太在current EAD 過期前還沒有收到EAD extension， 她能不能繼續在美國合法工作生活？
-She has to stop working when the current EAD expires and begin to work again when the new EAD is approved. She can stay in US no matter whether she has EAD or not.
