我太太將要搬到加拿大居住兩年（j1要求）。

問題1： 我已經遞交了485申請，現在仍然是h1b身份. 在綠卡批準下來之前， 我每天能否在美國上班，晚上回到加拿大住？ case 1) 駕照仍保留在美國； case
-No immigration law limit you to do that, but you may need to explain it to the CBP officer at the port of entry each time.
2) 我能否也搬到加拿大居住？
-Do you mean you do not need to work? If so, it still be fine as long as your employer agree to hire you back after you get the green card. You need to have AP to stay in Canada in this case.

問題2：如果我拿到綠卡之後， 同樣的問題： 能否每天在美國上班，晚上回到加拿大？case 1） 駕照仍保留在美國； case 2）或者將居住地址搬到加拿大，需要申請什麽文件？
-Same answer as Q1. 1) above.
