朋友的父母持綠卡回中國近13個月了，最近想重返美國。請問入關的時候會有問題嗎？如果有問題的話，應該怎麽做？需要什麽樣的文件？
-Their green card was void and thus, they can not use it to enter US. But if there was uncontrolled factor (e.g. serious illness,, etc.) to prevent them from returning US on time, they may apply for the SB-1 visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou to enter US to reinstate their green card. Otherwise, they may just give up their green card in any one of the US Consulates in China and then, apply for the B-2 visa to enter US.
