我在加拿大拿的J1. 現在在美國工作。J1 結束後，將回加拿大。 


1。 Foreign residency requirement 的意思是隻要在加拿大居住 兩年就可以滿足foreign residency requirement
-Yes.

還是必須在加拿大工作兩年？
-Not necessary.
2。 加拿大公民不需任何簽證都能 來美國探訪，
-You can visit US for very short term (e.g. one month a year). The time you spend in US can not be included in the two-year residency. If you stay in US too long or visit US too often, your stay in Canada may not be considered as the two-year home residency.

2年foreign residency requirement 如何記錄？
-The departure/entry stamp on your passport, and any evidence of your living in Canada such as lease agreement, utilities bills, etc.
