回複：I-485填表問題

老師好！
 

有三個I-485填表問題，不太清楚，請指導：
1：我是主申請人，J-1已完成wavier，有批準的I-612表, 現在是H1-B。是不是把I-485打印出來後，用黑色筆手寫上：“I-612 Form included"在選項的下麵（沒辦法直接在表上type上字），就可以了？
-Fine. Say "No" to the Part 3. Question 11 and provide the copy of the J-1 waiver approval.

黨員聲明也是這樣處理，手寫上：“Explanantion Letter Included"?並附上信？
-Fine.

2: 我和我wife, daughter (dependent) 一起交485。她們各自的485上的選項 有關J-2 選項，也要做同樣的處理(寫上"I-612 Form included") 嗎?
-Fine.
3: 另外，她們的選項 (Part 3, B, page 2)：Appling with you? 也選 Yes, 對嗎？
-Correct.
