reschedule 父母485 interview

求助！今年初給父母辦親屬移民。父母於4月初回國（拿到AP後3星期）。現剛收到要求7月中485麵試通知。可是父親心髒有房顫早搏問題，國內醫生正在做藥量調整（防凝血血栓）。才隻調整觀察了一個月，還需3個月左右。因此7月中無法返回美國，需要reschedule。我的問題是：

1）reschedule 485 interview標準的程序應該是什麽？我準備給麵試 field officer寫信申請reschedule（sign the reschedule letter from field officer)，是否同時也要 電話USCIS 要求reschedule？
2）申請reschedule是否要附上醫院的診治證明
3）母親是否可用父親的理由同樣申請reschedule
4）這種理由要求reschedule 485麵試，會不會由於心髒病導致綠卡本身被拒？（＊this is what I worry about the most）
