-Yes, absolutely. USCIS only care about what you provided and make a decision based on that.

-No. But your wife can chose to file a new I-485 to USCIS as she did before based on the IO suggested. If she files a new I-485, not need to file I-290B (if the first I-485 is denied). Just need to provide the last entry (in Nov.) information in the I-485 (i.e. entry date, I-94# and expiration date, and print the I-94 out online and provide it).
