現有的中國護照上隻有進入美國時, 美國海關蓋的章. 沒有出關時的章. 有中國海關的中文印章, 標明離開和返回的日期.
問題:
怎樣回複RFE的要求? 難道中國海關的中文stamped passport pages 不能作為證據嗎?

是否需要翻譯公證這個中文護照頁?

現有的律師似乎不了解J1簽證的要求. 已造成485 RFE. 他認為中國海關的證據不能令人信服, 我實在很難相信他的判斷. 但因為是雇主指定的律師, 似乎也不能換人, 煩請各位高人指點一二. 不勝感謝!
