我父母B2簽證延期要求補充回國的證明，正好和遞交綠卡申請衝突了。請問我該怎麽回應延期的RFE比較好呢？如果我提供了機票來證明他們回國，會不會B2延期批了會影響他們綠卡的申請，因為聽說B2簽證最好推遲2-3個月再申請綠卡。請指教。謝謝！
-It will not affect their green card application. If they don't have air ticket, they may just ignore the RFE. The B2 extension denial does not affect their green card application either.

 

如果我遞130後1個月左右遞485(材料不全)，這屬於單獨遞130還是屬於130和485一起遞(因為不需要485排期)？謝謝！
-單獨. Need to provide the I-130 receipt with the I-485 filing.
