請教 RFE 信上的一些問題

這周收到 EB3 的 RFE 信，有幾個問題搞不明白，懇請過來人指點：

=====RFE 的第一段原話是：=======

"The Service acknowledges the notarial certificate of birth (number 9 issued February 27, 1997) submitted in support of the application,. However, this does not appear to be a complete copy of the document as the conformity statement that addresses the English translation is not present. Therefore, you must submit a complete copy of your notarial certificate of birth to include the conformity statement. If notarial certificate number 9 is incomplete and does cot contain the conformity statement, you must submit a new complete notarial certificate of birth issued by the appropriate notarial office in China.

If you submit a document in any language other than English, it must be completely translated. the translator must certify that he/she is competent to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. The foreign language document(s) must be submitted with the English translations."

我的出生公證是 1998 年辦的，除了封麵與封底，隻有二頁紙，第一頁是華文出生公證，有簽字與蓋章，第二頁是英文翻譯，無簽字與蓋章。 現請問：
→ 什麽叫 "conformity statement" ?
→ 聽說現在新的出生公證裏麵是四頁紙，那多出來的兩頁是什麽?
→ 我要重辦出生公證，還是找個人簽上字，附上一份證明說翻譯的是對的就行了?

======RFE 的第二段原話是：======

"Please submit a copy of a notarial marriage certificate that addresses the marriage of XXX and XXX, who is the mother of your children. Again, you must submit a notarial marriage certificate that specifically attests to the marriage of XXX and XXX to include the date of marriage. Please refer to the following excerpts of the Foreign Affairs Manual regarding civil documents from China:

Notarial Offices(Gong Zheng Chu) at the district or city level in the People's Republic of China are prepared to issue civil documents attesting to such matters as birth, marriage and family relationships.

These documents may be applied for by persons residing in China on behalf of friends or relatives elsewhere. Persons outside China may not write directly to the Notarial Office In cases where an applicant has no friend or relative whatsoever living in China, the request may be submitted through eh Embassy of the People's Republic of China, Washington, D.C., for forwarding to the appropriate notarial office. Please inquire about current fees.

Marriage and Death Certificates
Available in the form of notarial marriage certificates (Jie Hun Gong Zheng [or Zheng Wing] Shu) or death certificates which are generally reliable.

If you submit a document in any language other than English, it must be completely translated . The translator must certify that he/she is competent to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate The foreign- language document must be submitted with the English translations."

我的結婚公證同出生公證一樣，也隻有二頁紙，是不是也要重辦，還是找個人簽上字，附上一份證明說翻譯的是對的就行了?

我怕到時又回來一 RFE， 同出生公證一樣，說是要"conformity statement" ，還不如事先
辦了?
