綠卡RENEW問題請教

在綠卡RENEW的表 , 

1) Location where you applied immigrant visa or adjusted of status: 

485 的RECEIT 最下麵寫的是 NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER, 就是這個Location?


2) Location where immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where adjusted of status was granted:

485 Interview 的NOTICE 的地址 是當地的LOCAL OFFICE.

可是 485 的 WELCOME NOTICE 最下麵寫的是 National Benefit Center.

這就有點糊塗了, 到底應該寫哪個呢, Local Office 還是 National Benefit Center?
