關於NIW，140/485 同時申請的配偶使用工卡問題

大家好，

想請教一個關於 NIW，140/485 同時申請的配偶使用工卡問題。
我申請 NIW，140/485 同時遞交並申請工卡。 這樣太太可以用工卡打工。
但又聽說如果太太用工卡打工而我的 NIW 申請被拒絕的話，我太太必須回國。
請問這是不是真的呢？~ 感謝
