回複：填485表格共產黨員的問題， 心急如焚

我要填485表格，我過去曾經是共產黨員。05年出國以後就沒有交過黨費或參加過任何有關活動。但是在填485表格時，我拿不準是說yes 還是no。
 -Say "Yes" and write a statement to explain why you joined the Party and when you left the Party (e.g. 沒有交過黨費或參加過任何有關活動 means abandoned the Party membership, etc.). You can google to find the sample letters using key words such as "黨員申請綠卡", etc., Here is a link for your reference:
