現持有L1B，可以再延2年，大概到2016年到期。公司計劃L1B到期後轉H1B。現公司讚助申請續卡，但不會在兩年內解決。我的問題是何時啟動H1B的申請最好？是現在還是在L1B快到期的時候？會不會有衝突？
-You need to ask your employer to file green card application for you the sooner the better, and it is irrelevant to your current status. Your maximum stay for L-1B plus H-1b is 6 years, so you need to ask your company to file PERM for you not latter than your L-1B expires (2016), thus you can extend your H-1 beyond the 6 year limit after you change your status to H-1b.
