回複：請問8老師，H1B被withdraw 後該怎麽辦？

剛剛收到學校律師的信說uscis已經withdraw我的H1B on May 9。 我還在等另一個學校的offer，可律師說我必須立刻離開美國。我不知道該怎麽辦？
 

8老師幾天前曾告訴我可以在美國等新的學校幫我申請H1B。最壞的情形是需要回國簽證拿I94。如果那樣，有拒簽的可能嗎？
 

如果現在回國等H1B再簽出來，會被拒簽嗎因為逾期滯留？
-If you will find a job shortly (e.g. < one month), you  may ask the new employer to file H-1 using premium processing, and then go to China to get the H-1 visa after the H-1 approval. Otherwise, you may go back to China now and ask the employer to send the H-1 approval to you to apply for the H-1 visa.

If you can not find a job, you may leave US as soon as possible. Because your old H-1 has been withdrawn, you can not change your status within US and your new H-1 approval will have no I-94.
