感謝8老師！現在還沒有J1 waiver和offer。大概一個月後拿到J1 waiver就交I485。
-You may file I-485 first and then provide the J-1 waiver proof when USCIS send you RFE later, or at least conduct the physical exam now.

沒有工作offer，完全無業，隻有存款證明，也沒有public charge problem嗎？
