Be realistic

I can totally understand your feeling. However, the cruel reality is that it won't be executed in the next couple years, I assume. Although perm has been talked about for the last several years there is no benefit for U.S. to actually execute it based upon current economy and so-called terrorism. People like you who are eager for the residency don't mean anything to the goverment and normal live of Americans. Please forgive my frankness.

Therefore, I would suggest you to forget about it and be realistic.
