485 pending 180 天後找工作怎樣換？ 必須用EAD卡嗎？ 如果沒有EADcard呢？

到了新公司還是H1b身份嗎？ 怎樣維持H1-b身份呢？ 新公司要幫我延期嗎？ 
-You can ask the new employer to do H-1 transfer for you.

我最近從EB2downgrade到EB3。因為EB3的排期前進的多，我的排期到了，所以485也申請了。 EAD卡也寄到了。 但如果在月底之前拿不到綠卡， EB3排期倒退我的優先日期就不再當前了。 如果接下來EB2的優先日期前進快， 又排到我了， 我還要再申請一個485嗎。 還是現在的485可以直接（link）用EB2的排期？
-This is a little complicate. If your EB3 I-140 used the same PERM as the EB2, I am not sure whether your EB2 I-140 was still valid because I do not find the immigration law to address this though some lawyer said EB2 I-140 is still valid. If it is still valid, you can do I-485 relink when EB2 PD is current.

我的配偶可以用EAD找工作嗎？ 有風險嗎？
-Fine.


如果用EAD卡找到新工作， 但是最終接受了原來公司的counter offer, 留在原來的公司。 那麽這算是用了EAD嗎？
-Only you use EAD to work (show it to HR and get paid), the your H-1 will be affected.


我有聽說， 如果拿到綠卡， 要在現在幫申請綠卡的公司至少再呆半年再找新工作。 這樣的說法對嗎？
-Not true. 

如果我的配偶跟著我拿了綠卡， （他在自己的公司也有申請綠卡，但是排期沒到）， 那麽他能立刻用綠卡找工作嗎？
-Yes.

還是也要等一段時間才可以？
