請教如果在美國國內申請B2轉F1成功率如何？
-Normally it is fine, but the VO in US Consulate in China does not like people who enter US with B2 visa to change status in US, so it is possible you may have trouble to get the visa in China if you visit China later.

風險有多大？如果可以拿到獎學金的話，是否可以在提交申請得到批準之前上課和拿獎學金？謝謝。
-You can not register any courses in a school before your F-1 application is approved.
