雇主（university）請的law firm已經在5月2號filed application。我目前人不在美國。我知道我得等移民局給個approval才能到我所在地的大使館麵簽。我想請教一下大家，一般從file application到拿到這個approval需要多久？
-About 3 months, normally. You may ask the employer to use premium processing (pay extra $1,225) which will get it approved in 15 days.

還有，後續還需要哪些supporting materials？比如，出生證明？無犯罪記錄證明？
