1） 如果主申請人485批準，而副申請人的485還沒批準，副申請人還能拿H4簽證進入美國嗎？
-No. It will be big problem in this case.
2） 現在擔心一種情況：如果主，副申請人485批準時間有先後。如果副申請人的485拖到6月份，而排期倒退了，副申請人短期不能拿卡，不知道還能不能拿H4簽證入境？
-Same answer as above. So, He/she needs to come back to US as soon as possible if you predict your I-485 will be approved very soon (e.g. PD is current, etc.).
3） 寄AP卡回去，入關風險多大？副申請人在還沒拿到AP前回國，理論上，AP是不能用了。
但如果要這樣用，洛杉磯入關會查嗎？
-Yes, AP holder normally will be checked in a separate small house for 10 to 30 minutes when entering US. The AP can not be used in this case because it is approved after the H-4 holder left US.
