question of canada stay

after getting the PR of canada, all of family members need to live in canada at least two years each five years or just one of family member lives in canada for two years and others can waiver the timed stay based on this family member's stay? And also the similar question for becoming citizen, need all of family members live in canada for three years or just one of family member lives in canada for three years and others can become citizens along with him? Thank you very much!
