我是公民，我媽B-2，現在我給我媽辦綠卡，填表是有些疑問，懇請8老師和各位明白人不吝賜教，謝謝。

（問題一）是不是I-130, I-485，G-325A(一張我的，一張我媽的)，I-864，I-765，I-131（申請白皮書），I-693都同時一個包裏寄上去？

（問題二）I-485上的那個Expires on那裏是B-2簽證的到期日，還是I-94的到期日啊？
-It is I-94 expiration date. Find the I-94 online and print it out for I-485 filing at this website:

（問題三）I-131 Part 2. Application Type 是選1.a. 嗎？
-Choose "1.d." for Advance Parole (AP).

如果是的話，那個說I am a permanent resident or conditional resident of the United States, and I am apply for a reentry permit.可是她是在申請，還不是permanent resident呢啊。

(問題四）I-131 Part 3. 的那些 Date of Intended Departure, Expected Length of Trip 都沒法填啊，因為隻是申請個兩年的白皮書而已啊，又不是AP
-It is AP for your mother,  not reentry permit which is for green card holder.

（問題五）I-131 Part 4. Information About Your Proposed Travel 也沒法填啊，原因同上，那麽空著嗎？
-Just say something like " visit family members or friends in China", etc.
 

（問題六）I-131 Part 5.  Since becoming permanent resident of the United State (or during the past 5 years, whichever is less) how much total time you spent outside the United State?
 

選哪個啊？她還不是permanent resident呢。
 

(問題七）I-131 Part 5. 2. Since you become a permanent resident of the United States, have you ever filed a Federal income tax return as a nonresident or failed to file a Federal income tax return because you considered yourself to be a nonresident?
 

應該選No可是她還不是permanent resident呢。
