剛才問了HR，說沒法改，那如果H1-B通過了之後，因為我的B2visa和H1-B開始時間有gap（大約1周），我能夠通過file B2延期這個借口達到不回國的目地嗎？
 -If you do that, then The b2 approval will override the approved H-1. The HR does not know this issue well, and of course the certified LCA can be withdrawn any time.  Talk to your lawyer.
