請問父親二十年前在美國高訪三年，當時的SSN號還能去申請SSN卡嗎？
-Yes.  If he lost his SSN card, he can go to the local SSA office to apply for the replacement.

駕照過期十多年是否必須重新考？
-Ask local DMV office.
