我的PERM已經批了。現在要file I140.
律師發現我有一個title promotion日期file的時候錯了，跟公司在Verification of Employment letter 上的日期差八個月。
現在律師想讓公司出一封新的Verification of Employment letter, 來match PERM的application. 但是公司不同意，因為這是 mis-represent.
請問如果這種情況file I140應怎麽操作？
1. 什麽都不做。冒險file 140，希望USCIS doesn't care about it.
2. 律師附上一張說明，說明promotion date 錯了，並給出新的promotion date?
-I think this is the best way. I don't it is serious unless your title is the part of the qualifications for the PERM position. PERM position is future position, normally it is irrelevant to your current job title/position.
這樣回被打回來，重新申請PERM嗎？還是其他什麽辦法？
