請教個位老師有關父母綠卡問題

剛收到簽證中心的兩封信，要求交88元擔保申請費。兩個invoice number分別屬於父母一人一個。我先付了一個，receipt 上顯示 1

Fee for two related case. 請問兩人要各交一次，還是一次管兩個。
