我在2013年6月就遞了N600.前兩月前在網上查還是說等候決定。現一查沒了，打電去，說係統找不到。這種情況，我能直接幫他申請美國戶照嗎？

如果行，為何又搞一個N600呢？這兩種有何不同嗎？謝了。
-Passport can be used to travel internationally and also used as the US citizenship proof. N-600 is for application for US citizenship certificate which only can be used as the citizenship proof.
