Was your hu*****and a US citizen and lived in US at least five years before your child was born? If yes, your child is a US citizen. Otherwise, if no, your spouse needs to file I-130 and she needs to file I-485 to get the green card first, then after she gets the green card, she will also become a US citizen automatically.
