到加拿大如何回來？先謝了！

1)本人是J-1由轉為H-1B status的。 想到 加拿大去一堂(當然我要申請加拿大簽證)。問題是我如
何能回來。能用我的I-94(2007年底到期)嗎？還是必須取得美國簽證才能回來。
2)另一個問題是， 大家都到墨西哥去簽證， 如果被拒了的話怎麽回來呀？
