兒子已經大學了，而且四月中滿21周歲，正從J2轉F1，材料已經遞交了，還沒批下來，
 

說是需要半年時間。現在我們的140正好也批了，可以帶上兒子一起交485.
 

我的問題是：如果兒子的485沒批是不是F1也不能轉了？
