parent green card interview

Hi,
My parents, each of them got green card interview letter. my name as sponsor is also on there. do I have to go with them for the interview. I, actually, prefer to go with them since they cannt speak english. If I go with them, do we needto hire intepreter for them even I speak English? If I dont go with them, then hire a intepreter is a must.
anyone had that type of experience or same scenario before? please share.
