辦綠卡EB２廣告一定要同公司內部招人的廣告一致嗎？公司招我這位置需要１０年工作經驗。我隻有５年工作經驗，如果用公司內部招人的廣告(需要１０年工作經驗)，感覺PERM批下來都懸。請問８老師，該怎麽說服律師呢？愁死我了，謝謝８老師！
