回複：求助：自己翻譯中文證明，需要公證麽

為了回答移民局的RFE, 從國內開了幾個證明。都是中文的。非常簡單。就自己翻譯了一下。請問我需要去銀行公證這些翻譯麽。我的理解是，銀行的公證隻能證明你這個人。但我自己就是petitioner，移民局難道還需要這種公證麽？假如不做銀行公證，需不需要寫上“我保證這些翻譯是準確的”諸如此類的話
-You had better ask one of your friend to do it for you (not do it by yourself), then go to the Public Notary (e.g. bank) to notarize your friend's signature on the translation version. Your friend also needs to write a statement addressing that he/she knows both English and Chinese well and the translation is accurate.
