如果我在H1B過期前申請EB1A，進入AOS，在AOS期間，我的NIW 140 批了，我能否在AOS狀態的時候，申請H1延期？
-If your NIW I-140 is approved after your 6-year H-1 ends, you can not be H-1 anymore unless you stay outside US for one year. In other words, if you want to be H-1 beyond your current 6-year H-1, you can not run out your 6-year H-1 clock before you are qualified for extension beyond the 6-year limit. Your EB1A and AOS is irrelevant to your H-1 extension
