前些時間就這方麵問題請教過老師。現在還有些疑惑問題再次請教老師。
幾年前我為我的21歲以上的未婚兒子遞交了I-130移民申請，現兒子已結婚了。就此情況，我想請教二個問題：
1、如果我的I-130申請被移民局批準了，我兒子還能調整身份嗎？

If yes, the I-130 is still valid, but you need to write a letter to USCIS to upgrade your I-130 from F1 to F3 category by addressing your son got married (provide the copy of marriage certificate). Then, follow up to make sure the I-130 upgrade is completed a few months later.
But if you are a green card holder to file I-130, then the I-130 is void after your child got married.
2、如果他不能遞交I-485調整身份,那麽我要撤銷I-130申請嗎？還要給移民局寫信嗎？
