H1B 6年 會在2個月以後到期， 現在 NIW的140在TSC已經8個月了，沒有任何消息，請教2位老師，是否可以要求premium processing。
-There is not premium processing available for NIW I-140. You had better go to China to stop the H-1 clock before the 6 year H-1 run out. Then, come back to US using the H-1 visa after your I-140 is approved, and extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit using the approved I-140.

Within 60 days for sixth year of H1B 是否適用於NIW？
