-Your spouse needs to file I-864. His father also needs to file another I-864. If his father personal income is not enough and needs his mother's income also, his mother needs to file I-864A. Check I-864 Instructions for the support documents, normally it need copy of the tax return W2 of 2013.

出生證明翻譯還需要蓋章嗎？在美國什麽地方可以做這個那？
-Go to the Notary Public to notarize the translator's signature. The translator needs to write a statement addressing that he/she knows both Chinese and English well and the translation is accurate.
