要戶口本證明子女和父母的關係是新規定？

我為父母移民剛交了我的出生公證，父母的出生公證，父母結婚證，現在還沒收到移民局的進一步通知，一般如果要這個RFE大概是過多久？現在想提前準備一下，20多年前就從家裏把戶口遷出去了，現在根本不知道戶口在哪裏？大家一般是怎麽辦的？20多年前遷出是不一般也在父母現在戶口本上有我的遷出記錄？
