回複：請問美國公民如何申請父母

大家好！

真心請教：

我入籍8年了，
我拿綠卡時父母簽證兩次被拒，
入籍6年後父母第三次簽證被拒。

我父母真的隻想來看看，不想移民，這樣的情況下是不是必須辦移民他們才可以來？

辦移民一般多久能批？

另外我家投資失敗，丟了兩個房，現在信用剛剛重新建立好，聽說父母移民要擔保？

-If they don't want to immigrate, not need to apply for green card. Just try B2 visa again. The denial in the past does not mean it will be denied again. If you provide the support for their travel, you need to provide a complete I-134 with support documents. Otherwise, not need it.
