8老師，可是我回國還能簽H1 visa嗎還是必須公司重新提交一個H1的application approve後我才能去申請呢？我不知道，我們律師說我的H1還是有效的我就不知道為什麽他們這麽說，而且還是2個律師都這麽說的，但是我心裏總是覺得不對。
-If your F-2 was not approved and then, withdrawn, then you are OK. But you are not sure it, are you? So, you had better get the visa to come back, in case there is big potential trouble in the future. As long as your current H-1 approval notice does not expire yet and the employer never withdraw it, you can use it to get the H-1 visa, not need to file another H-1 petition.
