我打算幫爸媽填寫並提交DS160表。
但是160表說到申請人必須自己點擊“簽名”和“遞交”按鈕，
“Note that under U.S. law (22 C.F.R. 41.103) you must electronically sign
and submit your own application unless you qualify for an exemption. Even if
someone else helped you complete the application, you (the applicant) must
click the “Sign Application” button, or your application may not be
accepted.”
我的問題是
1. 我可以幫父母填DS160然後我在線遞交麽？ 我在美國，他們在中國，如果我提交，
接收160表的係統應該會知道遞交的IP是美國的，那麽他們會不會認為申請人（我父母
）沒有自己點擊“簽名”按鈕？

2. 如果我幫他們填寫並遞交DS160,需要填寫代填人（我）的信息嗎？
