女兒3月中旬本科畢業，已拿到〇P丅簽證（5月份開始），並且已拿到一大公司offer,該公司4月1號邦她申請H1B。
 

我女兒3月會出境，4月1號前回美國，我的問題是1，畢業了是不是F1就失效了？
-No because her OPT has been  approved and also she has a job offer.

2，目前出境對她入境會有麻煩嗎？

3，如果可以出境，那麽回來的時候用什麽身份回來？是F1？〇P丅？可是她的opt5月才開始。另外她持加拿大護照。
-If she has to travel, just bring the I-20, OPT approval notice, the OPT EAD card, and the job offer later to enter US. Because she is Canadian citizen, she does not need to get the F-1 visa, and she  can just show her passport and above documents to get the F-1 I-94 at the port of entry when she returns to US. She needs to talk to her school International Student Office before she travels.
