老公的爸爸已經在美國境內是綠卡身份，當時來的時候與他媽媽離婚了。。

後來來美國2個月後回國複婚了。。

老公現在是公民想要申請他媽媽來美國，請問他媽媽的婚姻狀況能不能用當年的離婚公證呢？

不填寫複婚狀態，移民局會查出來他是與他爸爸複婚嗎？
