謝謝您以前的幫助。我現有兩個關於”PERM”的問題。

１，我老板在決定雇用我之前在報紙上做了廣告。但因為沒有合格的美國人，隻好雇用我。請問老板以前的廣告是否可以用來為我申請PERM？

２，遞交時間是在”Job order run” ３０天之後，還是在結束３０天之後，再等３０天，也就是一共６０天之後才可遞交？
